DURATION OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement and each of its provisions shall be in effect as of July 1, 2004 and shall continue in full force and effect until the day before teachers are required to report for the start of the 2007-08 school year. Negotiations for a successor agreement shall commence on or about October 1, 2007.
