R E S O L U T I O N

Union Voting Procedures

1. All voting is to be conducted by the Union Building Representative.
2. All voting is to be done by secret ballot.
3. The Union shall receive at least a five (5) school day notice from the administration before any voting is to be conducted.
4. The issue to be voted on should be available to the membership in writing at least five (5) school days prior to voting.
5. Balloting is to be completed on the same day as the vote.
